Departure and Return - Hotel pickup is only available for hotels located near the town center of Puerto Natales. For hotels or residences in the outskirts of Puerto Natales please
confirm with us first before booking. Pickup time from your hotel will be between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. (from October to April) and between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. (from May to September). We offer pick up to some hotels outside but along the way to the national park like Garden Domes, Singular, Weskar Lodge, Altiplanico, Remota, Simple Patagonia and Hotel Cisne. If your place of residence is not listed please contact us directly about your location and contact information.
We DON’T offer pickup or dropoff for hotels located inside or around Torres del Paine National Park including Pueblo Serrano.
